SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Here are some serving options to complement this delicious pork and Brussels sprouts dish:

  • Serve it over cooked rice or quinoa: The flavorful combination of pork and Brussels sprouts pairs beautifully with fluffy rice or nutty quinoa. The grains will absorb the delicious flavors of the dish, adding an extra dimension to each bite.
  • Add a side of roasted vegetables: Roasted vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, or parsnips make a colorful and nutritious addition to the plate. The caramelized flavors of the roasted vegetables will complement the savory pork and Brussels sprouts.
  • Pair it with a fresh salad: Balance out the richness of the dish with a refreshing salad. Choose a mix of greens, such as baby spinach or arugula, and toss in some cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and a light vinaigrette for a refreshing contrast.
  • Serve with crusty bread or dinner rolls: If you’re looking for a heartier meal, serve the pork and Brussels sprouts with some warm crusty bread or dinner rolls. They can be used to soak up any delicious juices or to create bite-sized sandwiches.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon: Just before serving, squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice over the dish to brighten the flavors and add a hint of citrusy freshness.

NOTE:

  • Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
