Chicken & Green Beans Stew

Chicken and green beans stew is a delicious and nutritious dish that combines tender chicken, crisp green beans, and flavorful broth. This stew is a comforting and satisfying meal option that showcases the classic pairing of chicken and vegetables.

The chicken in this stew provides a lean source of protein and lends a savory and hearty flavor to the dish. You can use bone-in or boneless chicken pieces, such as chicken thighs or chicken breasts, depending on your preference. The chicken is typically cooked until it becomes tender and easily falls off the bone or can be easily shredded.

Green beans, also known as string beans or snap beans, add a vibrant and crisp element to the stew. They contribute a fresh, slightly sweet taste and provide a satisfying crunch. Green beans are packed with vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber, making them a nutritious addition to the stew.
