  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil • 2 sliced tomatoes & 2 yellow peppers, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
  • Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 4 pounds cubed lamb meat

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
