INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 pound pork loin
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4-1/3 cup chicken broth

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash and chop the vegetables. Slice the pork loin and season it with black pepper, caraway seeds, and sea salt.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add coconut oil when hot.
  3. Add the pork loin to the pan and brown it slightly.
  4. Add the sliced onions and mushrooms to the pan and continue to sauté until the onions are translucent.
  5. Add the sliced peppers, minced garlic, and chicken broth to the pan.
