  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 pounds boneless chuck roast

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the boneless chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the tomato paste, lemon juice, mustard, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
